Project Flourish takes keeping our community healthy very seriously. Here are some of the extra steps we are taking to create a safe class experience:

  • We are closely following CDC and local public health orders and guidelines.

  • Participants work together in smaller group settings

  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning throughout our kitchen-classrooms, particularly high-touch surfaces.

  • We are using disposable dishes and utensils to minimize the need for re-use, when appropriate.
